【摘要】 本研究采用分层取样的方法对专业限选和自由选择专业大学生职业决策困难进行了对比研究,统计结果分析表明:(1)修订的大学生职业决策困难量表(CDDQ)具有良好的信、效度,适用于中国大学生;(2)专业限选与否的大学生其职业决策困难存在显著差异。自由选择专业的大学生的职业决策困难大于专业限选大学生。在没有完善的职业生涯辅导体系的前提下,给予职业心理素质不健全的大学生自由选择专业的权利应该慎重。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research adopted the method of stratified sampling to compare the differences between students who have the chance to choose their major and those who has limited choice of major. Psychometric analysis indicated that:⑴The revised edition of undergraduates` Career Decision-making Difficulty Questionnaire adopted by this research is of a good reliability and validity. ⑵There is a significant difference between students who have the chance to choose their major freely and those who has limited choice of major. If a proper career decision-making guidance system hasn’t been established, educators should be very prudent in giving those undergraduates of poor psychological quality the right of free choice of majors.更多还原
