【摘要】 目的:建立金黄片中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:以甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相,检测波长为280nm;结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.3012～1.506μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.93%(n=6),RSD为0.90%。结论:该法具有准确、灵敏、专属性强,重现性好,无明显干扰等优点,可用于金黄片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the methods of determining baicalin in Jinhuang Tablet with HPLC. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2). The detection wavelength was set at 280nm. RESULTS: There was good linear relationship between the concentrations and the peak-areas of baicalin (0.3012-1.506μg, r=0.9998), the average recovery was 99.93%. Conclusion: the method was convenient, sensitive, accurate and reproducible for determination of determining baicalin in Jinhuang Tablet.更多还原
