腹腔镜阑尾切除术围手术期的护理

【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术围手术期的护理要点。方法:总结384例腹腔镜阑尾切除术,并分析其术前、术后围手术期的护理要点。结果:通过术前的心理护理、充足的术前准备、术后全麻后护理、仔细观察腹部及切口情况、以及饮食指导,384例腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者均痊愈出院。结论:良好的围手术期护理是腹腔镜阑尾切除术痊愈出院的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the main points of perioperative laparoscopic appendectomy nursing.Method The preoperative and postoperative nursing points are analyzised by summarising 384 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy in last 5 years in our hospital.Result 384 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy patients were cured and discharged by preoperative psychological care,adequate preoperative preparation,postoperative care after general anesthesia,careful observation and abdominal incision and dietary guidance.Conclusion Good Perioperative nursing is an insurance for laparoscopic appendectomy patients to be cured and discharged.更多还原
