手术治疗先天性耳前瘘管32例临床分析

【摘要】 目的:观察先天性耳前瘘管感染期及感染控制期后手术治疗的效果。方法:对32例先天性耳前瘘管患者感染期或感染控制期后手术治疗,彻底清除病变。结果:术后随访6～24个月感染期与感染控制期手术治愈率有差异。结论:感染控制期手术仍是治愈先天性耳前瘘管的最佳方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy after operation of preauricular fistular during infection period or after infection con- trolled . Methods: The clinical 32 cases of patients with preauricular fistular were underwent operation to clean up completely during infection period or after infection controlled. Results: After 6 to 24 months were reviewed, there was evident difference of the operating cure rate between the two groups. Conclusion: Operation of preauricular fistular is the best cure strategy.更多还原
