【摘要】 目的:采用正交试验优选补肺片水提工艺。方法:以方中君药黄芪中的主要有效成分黄芪甲苷作为含量测定指标,以加水倍数、提取时间和提取次数为主要影响因素,采用L(934)正交设计试验优选补肺片的最佳提取工艺。结果:以12倍水量、提取1小时、提取2次为最佳提取工艺。结论:该工艺是稳定、可靠的。高效液相色谱法测定补肺片中黄芪甲苷含量的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于本方提取工艺的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: Orthogonal optimization for lung water technology.Methods: the process was studied by orthogonal design L9(34)with the extraction of astragalin IV as criteria,and three factors were chosen,including the extraction time,the extraction times and the water amount.Results: The optimum process was found to be as follows:the crude drug was as extracted 2times,1h every time and 12times water was added.Conclusion :The optimal preparation procedure is stable and can be refered to manufacture. The technics and methodical control of quality of Bufei Tablets are convenient and feasible,stable and credible.更多还原
