【Abstract】 Foreign language learners tend to mistakenly transfer their own culture to the target language culture, which constantly causes pragmatic transfer and pragmatic failure and thus affects the effectiveness of cross-cultural communication. Such phenomena provides nice enlightenment on foreign language teaching: students should not only be guided to acquire foreign language competence, but also be guided to familiarize with the culture of their communicators. By doing so students will form correct values of culture and develop pragmatic competence, which will in turn contribute to the development of their cross-cultural communication competence.更多还原
