【摘要】 建立了农药制剂中助溶剂甲苯和二甲苯的气相色谱定量分析方法。制剂采用低沸点、易挥发的二硫化碳溶解,使用DB-5石英毛细管柱,进样口和检测器温度分别为220、250℃,柱温采用程序升温,初始温度为40℃进行分离和定量分析。在8～100mg/L质量浓度范围内的线性相关系数在0.999以上,相对标准偏差小于3%。以S/N为3计算得到甲苯、对-二甲苯、间-二甲苯、邻-二甲苯的最低检测限分别为2、4、2、5mg/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method was established for determination of toluene and xylene adjuvant in pesticide formulation by gas chromatography with DB-5 capillary column.The pesticide formulation was dissolved with low boiling point and volatile carbon bisulfide.Injector and detector temperatures were 220 and 250°C respectively.The oven temperature was programmed,initial temperature was operated at 40°C.Good linearity was achieved between the range 8-100 mg/Lwith a correlation coefficient(r 2 was more than 0.999) ,the relative standard deviation was less than 3%.The LOD of toluene,p-xylene,m-xylene,o-xylene were 2,4,2,5 mg/L with the signal to noise(S/N) ratios being 3:1.更多还原
