【摘要】 新型农用抗生素SN06是由龟裂链霉菌菌株MY02(Streptomyces rimosus)产生的一种多烯大环内酯类抗生素。该抗生素对多种植物真菌病害都有较好的防治效果。以昆明种小白鼠作为实验对象,以静脉注射、精子致畸、皮肤刺激性3种实验对农用抗生素SN06的急性毒性进行分析。抗生素SN06对小白鼠静脉注射LD50值为199.53μg/kg。精子致畸实验结果表明抗生素SN06无致畸作用。皮肤毒理实验表明小白鼠对抗生素SN06无不良中毒反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 The antibiotic SN06 from metabolites of Streptomyces rimosus MY02 is a novel polyene macrolide antibiotic. And it showed antifungal activity against plant pathogens. The antibiotic SN06 will be employed as a new biocontrol agent or drug to supply for public demands. The mice of different sex from Kunming were as test animal, acute toxicity of the antibiotic SN06 was analyzed by vein injection test, sperm shape abnormality test, skin irritation test in this paper. The results of toxicity showed that the LD50 of antibiotic SN06 was 199.53 μg/kg by intravenous injection test. Meanwhile the result of sperm teratogenic test showed that antibiotic SN06 did not cause abnormality of the sperm. Antibiotic SN06 showed no evident poisoning symptom after skin irritation test.更多还原
