杀扑磷微囊悬浮剂的毒性与应用研究

【摘要】 350g/L杀扑磷微囊悬浮剂对雌、雄大鼠急性经口毒性为369mg/kg、430mg/kg;急性经皮毒性均大于2000mg/kg,属中等毒性的杀虫剂。中等用量下,对蚧壳虫药后3d和14d的防效均在75%左右,与同剂量乳油的速效性相当,持效性优于乳油。试验剂量下对柑橘树无药害,对主要害虫天敌无不良影响。与乳油相比,减少了有机溶剂的使用,降低了毒性,缓解了环境压力,值得在大面积生产上推广使用。

【Abstract】 Methidathion 350 g/L CS is an insecticide with medium toxicity (acute oral LD50 for male rats 369 mg/kg, female rats 430 mg/kg, acute percntomeous LD50 > 2 000 mg/kg). At the medium dosage, the control effects against scale are about 75 percent after applying 3 d and 14 d. The quick efficiency corresponds to the same dose of the EC and the persistent efficiency is better than the EC. Methidathion CS is harmless to citrus trees and no abnormal influence to natural enemies of pests at the test dosage. Compared with the EC, the CS reduces the use of organic solvents, lowers toxicity and relieves the pressure of environments so that it is available to spread in a large area.
