取代苯氧基三唑并嘧啶类化合物的合成及除草活性研究
Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of Substitued Phenzoxy 1,2,4-TriazoloPyrimidine Derivatives
【摘要】 以砜基取代的嘧啶为关键中间体,设计合成了17个新型取代苯氧基1,2,4-三唑并[1,5a-]嘧啶类衍生物,通过元素分析、M S和1H NMR对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征。初步生物活性测定结果表明,100mg/L浓度下部分化合物对6种测试靶标均表现出较好的抑制活性,盆栽复筛试验显示在150g/hm2剂量下,5个化合物表现出较好的除草活性和持效性。
【Abstract】 Seventeen novel substitued phenzoxy 1,2,4triazolopyrimidine derivatives have been designed and synthesized using sulfone substituted 1,2,4-triazolo pyrimidine as starting material.All synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis,MS and 1H NMR.Preliminary bioassay indicates that some of them display good herbicidal activities at concentration of 100 mg/L.Five compounds exhibited good herbicidal activities and continuousness under dosage of 150 g/hm2.
