【摘要】 给出了一种把PLC系统数字信号点转换成模拟信号点的策略.通过该策略,可以把8路数字输入/输出点转换成1路模拟输入/输出点进行处理,可以减少上位机组态软件的变量个数,降低组态成本.该策略通过组态软件配置即可实现,无需改变组态硬件环境,因此可以降低工业组态成本;并且该策略具有可扩展性,可以应用到其他SCADA系统.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents one switchover method of digital-points of PLC system,through which 8 digital input/output points can be converted into 1 analog input/output point.This method can be achieved through configuration software, and the configuration hardware environment setting need not to be revised,thereby,the configuration cost will be deduced.Furthermore,this method can be also applied to other SCADA systems.更多还原
