基于光谱响应测试的光电阴极性能评估
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION FOR PHOTOCATHODE BASED ON SPECTRAL RESPONSE MEASUREMENT
【摘要】 NEA光电阴极性能评估的目的就是求出NEA光电阴极有关特性参数,从而进一步分析光电阴极性能优劣的原因。动态光谱响应测试技术为NEA光电阴极的制备及其性能评估提供了实时直观的参考,是获得高性能光电阴极的重要保证。本文通过对NEA光电阴极光谱响应的在线测试,采用曲线拟合方法,实现了电子表面逸出几率、扩散长度、后界面复合速率及积分灵敏度的评估。
【Abstract】 The purpose of performance evaluation for NEA photocathode is to get the relating performance parameters of NEA photocathode,and the reasons that the photocathodes are good or not are analysed.Dynamic spectral response measurement can offer real time and intuitionistic references for NEA photocathode preparation and it’s performance evaluation,and it can offer importance ensurement for getting high performance photocathodes.By testing for spectral response of NEA photocathode and using the curve fitting methode,the escape probability,the diffusion length,the recombination rate of back interface and the integral sensitivity were eveluated out in this paper.
