【Abstract】 This paper studied and summarized the practice on Scientific and technological achievements transferring of Shandong cotton center from many levels,including people-oriented improving core competitiveness,cultivating own innovative products to create their own brands,persisting in scientific and technological innovation to cultivate high scientific and technological achievements,relying on the advantage of achievements to take effective transfer modes and the strengthening scientific and technological announcement to promote scientific and technological achievements transferring etc.It explored a more mature way for the rapidly transferring the scientific and technological achievements of scientific research institutions.更多还原
