汽车EPS故障模式分析与其控制技术

【摘要】 阐述了EPS的构成及工作原理,分析了EPS的故障模式与控制技术,EPS的故障有硬件故障和软件故障两个方面。对于硬件故障,采取了控制器的模块化设计、双CPU的并行工作、转矩传感器的互补信号输出、驱动开关管的并联工作、故障指示与故障代码显示等措施;对于软件故障,采取了软件冗余措施,可以采用N版本程序、恢复块技术和异常处理技术。EPS系统的故障模式分析与控制技术可以提高EPS系统的安全可靠性能和汽车的操纵安全性。

【Abstract】 The structure and working principles of automotive EPS system was introduced and the fault mode and corresponding control technologies were designed.The fault mode of EPS had hardware faults and software faults.For hardware faults,the methods of modular design of EPS controller,dual CPUs parallel working,complementary signals output of torque sensor,parallel working of MOS transistors,fault indicator and code display were adapted.For software faults,the method of software redundancy technology including N version procedures,resumption block technology and exceptions technology were adapted.The design of EPS fault control technologies can effectively improve the safe and reliable performance of EPS and the automotive handling safety.
