【Abstract】 Rhizoma Chuanxiong is a major study subject in natural medical chemistry due to its particular medicinal value.This article deals with the requirements in the selection of planted fields and seedlings in the process of cultivating Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Such field management techniques as applying fertilizers,eliminating weeds,adding seedlings,preventing insects and diseases,collecting and processing are also discussed in this article.Two methods,namely,microscopic identification and chemical identification,are adopted to determine its drug value and to make analysis on its chemical compositions as well as on its pharmacological actions on central nerve system,blood system and cardiovascular system so as to provide basic information for the development of ligusticum chuanxiong hort.更多还原
