旋风除尘器磨损的CFD数值模拟和试验对比
CFD Numerical Simulation and Experimental Comparison of Erosion of Cyclone Separator
【摘要】 利用CFD软件的数值计算方法分析气固两相流体对旋风除尘器的磨损。运用欧拉法对气流场进行模拟,采用拉格朗日法对颗粒进行跟踪,并通过试验对计算结果进行验证,结果表明:数值模拟旋风除尘器磨损在磨损的分布、磨损速率和实验值都有较好的吻合,说明数值模拟是有效的,能为最终解决除尘器的磨损问题提供有力的条件。
【Abstract】 Erosion of gas-solid two-phase fluid to cyclone separator was analyzed by using the method of numerical calculation of Com putational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) programme,using Euler/Lagrange approach for the calculation of the continuous and dispersed phase,and numerical calculation result was validated by the experiment,both results meet well with each other.As a result,numerical calculation of erosion of cyclone separator is effective,the present paper provides valuable condition for finally solving erosion problems.
