超临界CO2流体萃取杨梅核仁油的工艺优化
Optimization of technology for extraction oil from Chinese bayberry seed kernel by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid
【摘要】 以杨梅核仁为原料,研究超临界CO2流体静、动态结合萃取杨梅核仁油的工艺条件,利用单因素试验与正交试验进行优化,得到最佳萃取方案,即萃取压力35MPa,萃取温度45℃,静态萃取60min后动态萃取50min,CO2流量4L/min,杨梅核仁油的得率最高,达41.7%。
【Abstract】 To make use of Chinese bayberry seed kernel,a waste of juice making industry,extraction technology of oil from the seed kernel by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid was studied using single factor and orthogonal experiments. Results indicated that the optimum extraction pressure was 35MPa,extraction temperature was 45℃,extraction time for dynamic extraction was 50min after static extraction for 60min,and the flow rate of CO2 was 4L/min.Under the above process conditions,the extraction yield of Chinese bayberry seed kernel oil reached a maximum at 41.7%.
