煤炭地下气化点火方法的分析
Analysis of ignition technique in UCG
【摘要】 煤炭地下气化的任务是将地下煤炭资源转化为可燃气体,首要条件就是解决煤层的点燃问题。地下气化的炉型按气化通道可以分为两种:无井式气化炉和有井式气化炉。无井式气化由于钻孔底部的煤层含水率增高和无气化通道排烟等因素的影响常常会导致点火失败,因此需要采用特殊方式进行点火,主要有硅烷点火法和化学凝固点火剂点火法。通过实验验证化学凝固点火剂点火法为最优点火方法。
【Abstract】 The task of underground coal gasification is making the underground resource transform to flammable gas,the primary condition of which is to solve the ignition problem of the coal seam.According to gasification tunnel the underground gasifier can be divided into two kinds: well and non-well.Because of the increase of moisture content of coal seam at the bottom of drilling,the ignition of non-well gasification often fails.So the special way should be used to complete the ignition.There are mainly silane ignition method and chemical solidified ignition agent ignition method.The optimal ignition method is chemical solidified ignition agent ignition method verified by experiment.
