【摘要】 目的探讨低蛋白血症对老年肺心病患者急性发作期预后的影响。方法根据血清总蛋白、白蛋白含量将81例慢性肺心病急性发作期病例分成合并低蛋白血症组39例,无低蛋白血症组(对照组)42例,对其临床表现、实验室检查、预后进行分析。结果低蛋白血症组浆膜腔积液、营养不良性贫血、高碳酸血症、低血钾、低血钠、真菌感染、住院时间、再住院率、死亡率发生明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低蛋白血症降低机体抵抗力,延缓疾病康复,应予重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out effects of hypoproteinemia on recover in old patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute stage.Methods 39 cases of old patients(over 60 years) with chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute stage complicated by hypoproteinemia were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with 42 cases without hypoproteinemia.Clinical features,laboratory tests and curative effect were analyzed and calculated.Results Nutritional edema,Nutritional anemia,hypercarbia,hypokalemia,hyponatremia.Fungal infection,in-hospital time,high residual rate and mortality rate with hypoproteinemia were significantly higher than those in patients without hypoproteinemia(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypoproteinemia can reduce organism’s resistance and put off recuperation.Clinicians should pay more attention to it.更多还原
