【摘要】 目的观察早期语言功能训练对运动型失语的临床疗效。方法将62例早期运动型失语的患者分成两组:治疗组32例、对照组30例,治疗8周后分别对两组患者采用波士顿诊断性失语症检查法(BDAE)进行评定。结果治疗组32例中无效3例,有效11例,显效15例,痊愈3例;对照组30例中无效11例,有效10例,显效8例,痊愈1例。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.8937,P<0.005)。结论早期对运动型失语患者行语言功能训练是有效的治疗方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of early time good language faculty training on motion aphasia.Method 62 patients received early time good language faculty training on motion aphasia,were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32) and control group(n=30).8 weeks after therapy,the patients were evaluated by using Boston diagnostic aphasia examination(BDAE).Result There 3 examples were invalid,11 cases were effective,15 were more effective,and 3 were convalescing in treatment group.There 11 cases were invalid,10 cases were effective,8 were more effective,and 1 was convalescing in control group.There were significant differences in total effective rate between two groups.Conclusion It is one of the effective methods of treatment in the early time that we make the good language faculty training on motion aphasia.更多还原
