【摘要】 目的观察Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开对黄斑区视网膜与角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法后发性白内障患者56例78只眼,均行Nd:YAG激光治疗,术前、术后7d、1m、3m用光学相干断层扫描检测黄斑区视网膜厚度变化及角膜内皮细胞计数仪观察患眼角膜内皮细胞的变化。结果术后7d、1m时患眼黄斑区视网膜厚度分别为(176.74±38.53)μm与(189.64±41.97)μm,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7d、1m与3m时中央部位角膜内皮细胞的细胞密度分别为(2212±532.45)、(2172±529.23)、(2156±513.56)cell/mm2与术前比较差异有统计学意义,其余检测指标与术前比较无统计学意义。结论Nd:YAG激光治疗后发性白内障对黄斑区视网膜厚度与角膜内皮细胞密度有一定影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of Macular retinal thickness and corneal endothelium after the treatment of posterior capsular opacification by using the Nd:YAG laser.Methods 78 eyes in 56 patients were received the treatment of posterior capsular opacification by using the Nd:YAG laser,and the macular retinal thickness and the corneal endothelium of the eyes were detected by OCT and the corneal endothelium microscopy respectively.Results The macular retinal thickness of postoperative one week and one month were respectively 176.74±38.53μm and 189.64±41.97μm,and there was significant difference between the pre-and post-operation.There was no significant correlation between pre-and postoperative central corneal endothelium in 1week,1month and 3months expect the cell density.Conclusion The treatment of posterior capsular opacification by using the Nd:YAG laser has certain effects on the macular retinal thickness and the central corneal endothelium.更多还原
