【摘要】 目的研究阿托伐他汀钙对缺血性脑血管病复发的影响。方法将78例首发缺血性脑血管病病人分为治疗组45例和对照组33例,对照组服用阿司匹林100mg,每天1次;治疗组加用阿托伐他汀钙20mg,每晚1次,追踪1年,观察两组病人缺血性脑血管病的复发率和不良反应。结果治疗组45例1年复发率17.8%,明显低于对照组的48.5%(χ2=2.4971,P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙对缺血性脑血管病复发有明确的预防效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Atorvastatin on recurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods78 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into the treatment group(n=45) and the control group(n=45),and the control group used aspirin 100mg once every day,the treatment group used Atorvastatin 20mg once every night.Recurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and complications were investigated for one year.ResultsThe rate of the recurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the treatment group(17.8%) was lower than that in the control group.ConclusionAtorvastat is effective to prevent the recurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.更多还原
