甲状腺乳头状癌AKT1、AKT2表达及对微血管生成和肿瘤转移的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌组织丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶11、2(AKT1、AKT2)表达及对微血管生成和肿瘤转移的影响。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测115例甲状腺乳头状癌AKT1、AKT2的表达和微血管密度(MVD)。结果甲状腺乳头状癌AKT1和AKT2的阳性表达率分别为59.1%(68/115)和75.7%(87/115)。AKT2的表达、MVD与甲状腺乳头状癌的淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.01)。结论AKT2与肿瘤微血管的形成及淋巴结转移密切相关,提示AKT2在甲状腺乳头状癌转移中具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To study effect of metastasis of expressions on intratumour microvessel density(MVD),serine threonine kinase1,2(AKT1 and AKT2) in thyroid papillary carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of AKT1,AKT2 and MVD in 115 thyroid papillary carcinoma.Results The positive expression rates of AKT1 and AKT2 of papillary carcinomas of the thyroid were 59.1%(68/115) and 75.7%(87/115),respectively.The positive expression of AKT2 was closely related to lymph node metastasis and intratumor MVD.Conclusion The overexpression of AKT2 and MVD are strongly related to the invasion and metastasis of papillary carcinomas of the thyroid,it shows that AKT2 might has important significance in metastases of papillary carcinomas of thyroid.
