【摘要】 目的探讨改良Devine术式治疗小儿隐匿阴茎的疗效。方法采用改良Devine术式,切除阴茎皮下异常的纤维条索状组织,将阴茎根部白膜固定在阴茎皮下筋膜上。结果术后6个月至5年随访,疗效满意,未见阴茎回缩。结论改良Devine术式操作简单,外观满意,是实用的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of modified Devine’s technique for treatment of concealed penis in children.Methods Total of 27 cases of concealed penis in children were treated with modified Devine’s technique, described as cutting the abnormal fibrous tissue completely under the skin of penis and fixing the albuginea tissue to the lateral fascia at the base of penis.Results:All patients were followed up from 6 to 60 months and all outcomes were satisfactory because the penis couldn’t draw back.Conclusion The modified Devine’s technique is simple and practicable for treatment of concealed penis in children.更多还原
