分光光度法测定黑钨矿浸出液中的P

【摘要】 用钒钼酸铵光度法测定黑钨矿浸出液中P的体积质量.分析测定波长、显色剂用量、显色时间、温度可知,最大吸收波长为315 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.0×10~4L/(mol·cm),显色液用量为0.6mL,ρ(P)=0.64~3.2μg/mL符合比尔定律,反应时间为10min,回收率为100.4%,相对标准偏差为1.01%.该方法测定黑钨矿浸出液中P的体积质量,灵敏度高,操作简便,结果满意.

【Abstract】 The phosphorus in leaching solution of the black tungsten ore is determined by ammonium vanadate-molybdate spectrophotometry.The effects of determined the wave length,the reagent dosage,the colored time and the temperature on absorbency were investigated.The molar absorptivity is 2.0×104 L·mol-1·cm-1at its biggest absorption wave length of 315 nm. The volume of colorant solution is 0.6 mL.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0.64~3.2μg/mL for arsenic.The colored time is 10 min.The recovery ratio is 100.4%,the relative standard deviation RSD is 1.01%.The sensitivity is high,the operation is simple,and so the method has met the requirement for determining leaching solution of the black tungsten ore.
