我国农村居民消费水平的变化特征与提升对策

【摘要】 本文运用消费经济理论,采用实证分析的方法,对中国农村居民消费变化的规律和特征、消费结构进行了分析。结果表明,影响农民消费的因素最主要的是收入,农民收入与消费呈高度相关性;农民的消费层次比较低,主要满足基本的生存需要。提出了提高农民的消费能力,必须拓宽农民增收渠道,发挥小城镇的聚集效应,完善农村的社会保障体系,改善农村市场消费环境等对策和建议。

【Abstract】 The laws and characteristics of the variations in Chinese rural residents’ consumption as well as their consumption structures were analyzed empirically based on the theories of consumption economy.The results showed that the major factor influencing Chinese farmers’ consumption was their income because farmers’ income showed high relevance to their consumption and their consumption level was low mainly because their income was used to meet their basic needs.In order to raise Chinese rural residents’ consumption capacity,some strategies and suggestions were put forward,such as,expanding the channels of increasing farmers’ income,bringing the concentration effect of small towns into full play,enhancing the social security system in rural areas and improving the rural market consumption environment and so on.
