【摘要】 以我国中部5省(山西、安徽、河南、湖北、江西)和东(南)部4省(江苏、浙江、山东、广东)为比较对象,用SWOT分析法,分析了湖南农产品加工业发展的优势(Strength)、劣势(Weakness)、机遇(Opportunity)和挑战(威胁:Threat)。湖南农产品加工业的主要优势是农业产业化进程加快、农产品资源及土地与劳力资源丰富、农产品加工企业多;主要劣势是规模加工企业少、农产品加工转化率低、自主创新水平低、加工产能布局不合理;主要机遇是国民经济稳定发展、政府重视程度提高、中部崛起战略实施、贸易环境不断改善;面临的挑战是市场竞争加剧、金融危机影响、原料基地不大、产品知情要求。在SWOT矩阵中选择了SO战略,即非均衡梯度推进战略,是效益优先、兼顾均衡、适度倾斜、充分发挥各地区优势、促进区域经济协调发展的战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The SWOT method has been applied to analyze the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of the agricultural products processing industry in Hunan Province,as compared with five provinces in Central China such as Shanxi,Anhui,Henan province,Hubei and Jiangxi and other four provinces in East China such as Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong and Guangdong.In Hunan Province,main strengths of the industry include: rapid progress in agricultural industrialization abundant agricultural raw materials and labor force,and various agricultural products processing enterprises;its main weaknesses are few large-scale processing corporations,low rate of the processing and commercialization of agricultural products,low independent innovation ability,and less rational distribution of processing and production;its main opportunities come from steady growth of national economy,more supports from the government,implementation of the strategy of central China development and further improvement of business environment;and main threats are intensive market competition,impact of financial crisis,small-scale of resource base and the requirement of the products information.The SO strategy had been chosen from SWOT matrix,which is the strategy of disproportionate gradient advancement,the meaning of that is as follows: benefit priority,balance consideration,moderate inclination,fully developing the advantages of each region and promoting the harmonic development of regional economy.更多还原
