南方温室内空气循环式冷凝除湿效果研究

【摘要】 以拱顶钢架塑料薄膜温室为试验温室,分别设置空气循环式冷凝除湿、土壤地面地膜覆盖降湿和对照三个处理,探讨与研究了空气循环式冷凝除湿的效果。结果表明:晴天各处理温室内各层的空气与室外大气相对湿度,最低点均出现在14:00-15:00时段;晚19:00至上午10:00之间,各处理温室内各层和室外大气的相对湿度变化较平稳,但均呈现为室外<冷凝<覆盖<对照,与对照相比,此时段冷凝处理温室下、中、上层相对湿度比对照分别降低2.7%-10.5%、2.0%-7.5%和2.4%-11.3%;三处理温室同层次同时刻的绝对湿度均以冷凝处理最小,冷凝处理温室内各层绝对湿度在一天中的垂直变化幅度为上层>中层>下层。阴雨天各处理的空气相对湿度基本呈现出对照>覆盖≥冷凝规律,但差值较小,均<1%;而绝对湿度呈现出对照≥冷凝>覆盖,差值也很小。在1月份,温室内相对湿度呈现出对照>覆盖>冷凝,且变化幅度以晴天为大,阴雨天较小;温室内绝对湿度晴天为对照>覆盖>冷凝,阴雨天为对照>冷凝>覆盖。

【Abstract】 Taking plastic-mulch coverage greenhouses with steel-frame arch for experient greenhouses,three treatments including air-circulating condensation dehumidification,plastic-mulch coverage dehumidification and control were orranged,and the effect of dehumidification was studied.The results showed that:on the sunshine,air relative humidity inside three different treatment greenhouses and outdoor were all at the lowest point in the 14:00-15:00;and changed smoothly from 19:00 to 10:00,showing for the outdoor <condensation <coverage <control,air relative humidity of upper level,middle level and lower level of the condensate greenhouse were lower than 2.7%-10.5%,2.0%-7.5% and 2.4%-11.3% respectively compared with that of the control.Air absolute humidity of condensation was the smallest among three treatment,and showed vertical variation of the upper >the middle> the lower.In the cloudy sky and rain,air relative humidity values was showed control ≥condensation> coverage,and the margin is very small.In January,air relative humidity inside greenhouses showed control> coverage> condensation,and with the largest changing range on the sunshine and smaller in the cloudy sky and rain;air absolute humidity inside greenhouses showed control> coverage> condensation on the sunshine and control> condensation> coverage in the cloudy sky and rain.
