【摘要】 本文从资源、生态环境、任务、体制、经营制度、生产力水平、科技水平、装备、人力资本、国际环境,分析了中国特色农业现代化道路的科学内涵;从粮食生产、农业机械化水平、农业科技贡献率、农业劳动生产率和土地产出率、市场竞争力和农产品商品化率、农民增收,分析中国国情特点和农业发展现状;总结了我国农业现代化进程中存在的农业基础设施需求与财政和社会资源、农业粗放式发展与资源约束、农业效益和粮食安全、农业经营制度与农业产业化、科技投入与农产品国际竞争力、农民素质与人力资本的六大突出矛盾;提出了加强农业支持和保护体系,推进农村市场和农业社会化服务,加强农业科技进步与自主创新,创新农业经营形式,健全农业人力资本提升制度的具体对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article analyzed the scientific connotation of the agricultural modernization route with Chinese characteristics from the aspects of its resources constraints,ecological environment,main tasks,institutional improvement,rural operating system,productivity level,technological level,agricultural equipment,human capital,and the international environment.Analyzed the characteristics of China’s national conditions and the current state of agricultural development with respects to food production,level of agricultural mechanization,the contribution of agricultural science and technology,agricultural labor productivity and land productivity,market competitiveness,the commercialization of agricultural products,and the increasing of peasant’s income.Then the article systematically summed up six principal contradictions in China’s agricultural modernization process,such as the contradictions between agricultural infrastructure needs and the limited financial and social resources,extensive agricultural development and resources constraints,agricultural efficiency and food security,agricultural operating system and industrialization process,science and technology investment and the international competitiveness of agricultural products,as well as contradictions between the quality and demand of peasant human capital.The countermeasures presented include,enhance the agricultural supporting and protective system,advance the construction of rural market and rural socialized service system,promote the agricultural scientific and technological progress and independent innovation,strengthen the innovation of the forms of agricultural operation,and improve human capital in agricultural sector.更多还原
