【Abstract】 Agriculture character decide that agricultural organization possess behavior ability only if it bases on both farmer householder as basic organization form and specialty cooperate economic organization as subject of trade action.The type of modern agricultural enterprise organization in China is farmer specialty cooperation and it experiences an evolution course divided four phases.The evolution course can be expressed by variety of contract form,and farmer holder have transformed from peasant to farmer.The evolution logic of modern agricultural enterprise organization in China is to choose the lowest cost contract form at the equilibrium point of trade cost and organization cost.更多还原
