平等武装下律师的调查取证权
On the Lawyer’s Rights for Investigation and Acquiring Evidence under Equal-Armed
【摘要】 调查取证权是辩护律师的重要权利之一,新修订的《律师法》正式确认律师在侦查阶段的辩护人地位和权利,提前了律师调查取证的介入时间,充分体现了追求正义的诉讼价值理念。
【Abstract】 Rights for investigation and acquiring evidence is one of important rights of defending lawyer.The new version of ’lawyer law’ formally confirms lawyer ’s position and rights as the defender in investigation stage,which advances intervening time for lawyer’s investigation and fully shows the value idea of lawsuit pursuing justice.
