【摘要】 目的:探讨中药制剂"阻育丸"对雌性SD大鼠毒副作用。方法:根据祖传秘方(单方)制成中药制剂"阻育丸"。选择4月龄雌性SD大鼠,根据阴道涂片结果,选择动情前期1次顿服"阻育丸"3.75 g/kg,并进行服药前与服药后肝功能、肾功能、血K+、Na+、Cl-的比较及行解剖学检查。结果:服用"阻育丸"后肝功能、肾功能、血K+、Na+、Cl-未见显著性变化。病理切片卵巢组织中仅见各级发育的卵泡,未见排卵及黄体形成。结论:"阻育丸"用于绝育是一种简单方便、安全高效、价廉无痛苦的绝育方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To expolore the mechanism of sterilization of "sterilization pill" on the female SD rat.Methods:Sterilization pill was a Chinese medicine which was made with the ancestral recipe.Forty female four-month-old SD rats at proestrus stage were selected to give "sterilization pill" 3.75 g/kg one time durng the experiment.The pregnancy percentage after giving pills was compared with that before giving pills,their liver function,kidney function and electrolytes of each stage were also compared and anatomical examination was performed.Results:After giving sterilization pill,in their liver function,kidney function and electrolytes there was no significantly difference in each stage of estrus.There were no ovulation and luteum in pathological section of ovary,only with growing ovarian follicle of each stage.Conclusions:"Sterilization pill" was a kind of commodious,safe,effective,cheap and painless medicine for sterilization.更多还原
