基于分时电价的南水北调东线水量优化调度

【摘要】 分析南水北调东线调水量及工程特点,根据现有的分时电价政策,考虑市场管理模式,运用最优化原则,探讨了分时电价机制下的东线水量优化调度问题,并提出了应用多模式分时电价机制优化水量调度的对策和建议。

【Abstract】 The water transfer quantity and characteristics of Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (ERSNWD) are analyzed in this paper. Based on the current TOU power price policy,water optimal regulation of ERSNWD are investigated by taking the pattern of market management into account and using the optimization principle. The strategies and suggestion of optimal water regulation based on multi-pattern TOU power price mechanism are also proposed.
