【Abstract】 The water transfer quantity and characteristics of Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (ERSNWD) are analyzed in this paper. Based on the current TOU power price policy,water optimal regulation of ERSNWD are investigated by taking the pattern of market management into account and using the optimization principle. The strategies and suggestion of optimal water regulation based on multi-pattern TOU power price mechanism are also proposed.更多还原
