基于锈蚀的钢筋混凝土偏心受压板抗力变化规律的初步研究

【摘要】 针对水闸结构受力的典型构件板在运用过程中常存在的钢筋锈蚀问题,采用钢筋混凝土非线性有限元分析理论,建立了考虑钢筋与混凝土黏结滑移力变化的分离式模型,基于通用有限元程序ANSYS11.0平台,根据工程中的典型偏心距e=85mm,研究了板承载能力极限状态时的抗力与钢筋锈蚀率的关系,初步形成了基于钢筋锈蚀的板抗力计算公式,对水闸安全鉴定、除险加固工作具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 According to the steel corrosion problem of typical bearing slab in the process of sluice structure using,reinforced concrete nonlinear finite element analysis theory was applied,and separated model considering bond-slip stress variations of steel and concrete was established.The paper based on the general finite element program ANSYS11.0 platform studied the relationship between slab resistance under the state of ultimate bearing capacity and steel corrosion ratio on the basis of typical eccentric distance(formula for e=85 mm).Slab resistance calculation formulas on steel corrosion have preliminarily formed.The research results have a certain reference value to sluice safety assessment and reinforcement against danger.
