DoE在高压共轨柴油机优化设计中的应用
Application of DoE in Common Rail Diesel Engine Optimization Design
【摘要】 将试验设计(DoE)方法学应用于某款高压共轨电控柴油发动机的特性场优化(标定)中。试验方案基于先进的DoE理论(以数学建模、计算机辅助建模为基础),采用自编试验设计程序、建模算法及优化程序等进行合理计算。研究结果表明,DoE理论能使试验样本取点分布更为合理,在试验样本取点数目较少的情况下,所选样本亦能多而准确地反应建模所需信息,引导MATLAB正确建立该款柴油机特性场的全局数学模型,完成对该款柴油发动机特性场的优化。与实际台架试验的对比结果表明,DoE建模能够极好地模拟真实工况。与常规标定的对比结果表明,DoE技术不仅能够大幅缩减试验样本容量节省试验经费及标定时间,亦能够达到常规标定的理想效果。
【Abstract】 DoE(Design of experiments) theory is used in optimization of electronic high-pressure common-rail diesel engine.The testing plan based on the new DoE theory(supported by mathematic modeling and computer-aided modeling technology),adopted experiment-design programs,polynomial-modeling and calibration programs,and so on,is to make the modeling and calculation.The results of this study showed that DoE could more reasonably make the distribution of these testing samples even the number of these samples is less than usual.These chosen samples can reflect the exact information needed for MATLAB software model and complete the calibration of this diesel engine.The comparison between calibration based on DoE model and experimental result showed that DoE modeling could imitate the actual work condition perfectly.The comparison between calibration based on DoE model and normal calibration indicated that DoE theory could not only largely reduce the capability of the samples,time,and cost of these engine experiments,but also get good calibration results as the normal way.
