进气门座圈内径对车用汽油机性能影响的分析
Effect on the Performance of Gasoline Engine about Inner Diameter of Intake Valve
【摘要】 通过AVL BOOST软件建立试验汽油机的工作过程计算模型,在模型校准的基础上,分析进气道结构参数——进气门座圈内径对发动机性能的影响。结果表明,在进气门座圈内径从23.5 mm逐渐加大到25 mm时,发动机中高转速(4 000 r/min以上)的动力性和经济性都有所提高,而在中低转速时其性能基本不变。同时通过研究分析对今后发动机的设计改进和各参数的调整具有预见性的指导。
【Abstract】 The software AVL BOOST is applied to create the test gasoline engine work process model.On the basis of correcting the model,effect on the performance of engine about structural parameter of the intake channel——inner valve seat diameter of intake valve is analyzed.Result shows that: increasing inner valve seat diameter of intake valve from 23.5 mm to 25 mm,the power and economic performances of the gasoline engine are increased above 4 000 r/min,but performances remain basically unchanged below 4 000 r/min.And the result can be as a predictable reference for design improvement of engine and adjusting each parameter.
