单缸柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射控制系统的研究
Development of Control System for High Pressure Common Rail Injection System in Single-Cylinder Engine
【摘要】 设计了试验用单缸柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射控制系统,用于柴油机新型燃烧方式的研究。介绍了该系统的构建和工作原理。基于MC68376处理器和LabVIEW软件,分别开发了ECU的驱动程序和上位PC机的控制软件,由后者进行各喷油参数(包括喷油段数、各段喷油定时和脉宽、共轨油压等)的设置并经CAN总线发送给ECU,ECU据此分别驱动高压油泵和电控喷油器工作。结果表明,该控制系统可以实现共轨油压的调控和燃油的最多5段喷射驱动,满足试验对灵活配置喷油规律的要求。
【Abstract】 A control system for high pressure common rail injection system in single-cylinder engine was developed.This system is to be used for studying new combustion modes of diesel engines.The construction and working principle of the system were introduced.Based on MC68376 processor and LabVIEW software,ECU driving software and PC controlling software were developed,the latter was used for setting injection parameters(including injection sections,injection timing and pulse width for each injection section,common rail pressure,etc.) and sending them to ECU via CAN communication,and ECU was used for driving high pressure pump and electronically-controlled injector according to the control command.The result shows that the system is able to achieve multiple injections with up to five sections as well as the regulation and control of common rail pressure.
