管道和消声器声学性能的试验测量技术研究
Research on Experimental Measurement Technique for Acoustic Performance of Ducts and Silencers
【摘要】 发展了1种有流条件下管道和消声器等声学元件声学性能的试验测量技术——两载法,介绍了其原理与实现方法,推导得出了四极参数与传递损失的试验测量公式。将该技术应用于船用柴油机排气消声器性能试验台,以2台高压离心风机串联增压的方式提供风源和声源,利用PULSE系统测得管道和消声器进出口的声压信号,求得了相应的四极参数与传递损失。试验测量值与边界元数值分析结果吻合良好,表明了所发展的测量技术的正确性,可应用于无流和有流条件下管道和消声器等声学元件声学性能的试验测量。
【Abstract】 An experimental measurement technique,which is called as two-load method,for determining acoustic performance of acoustic elements,such as ducts and silencers,under flowing condition was developed,and its principle and method were introduced.Formulas for calculating the four-pole parameters and transmission loss in the test were derived.And this technique was applied to the performance investigation of marine diesel engine exhaust silencers.Two high pressure centrifugal fans were used to generate wind and sound in the test bed.Pressure signals at the inlet and outlet of ducts and silencers were captured by the PULSE system.The four-pole parameters and transmission loss of ducts and silencers were obtained and compared with the predicted results by using boundary element method(BEM).The compared results show that the measured results are in agreement with the calculated results,the developed experimental measurement technique is valid and can be used to measure acoustic performance of acoustic elements,such as ducts and silencers,under flowing or no flowing condition.
