【摘要】 目的探讨阿立哌唑对精神分裂症衰退期病人生活质量的影响。方法对我院住院60例精神分裂症衰退期患者随机均分为两组,实验组(A组)和对照组(B组)分别给予阿立哌唑、氯氮平治疗6个月,于治疗前、治疗3个月末和6个月末测定PANSS总分、GQOLI-74各因子评分和TESS评分。结果两组治疗6个月后PANSS评分总分较治疗前减少,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);治疗3个月和6个月时,两组PANSS评分总分比较无统计学差异(p>0.05)。治疗6个月时A组GQO-LI-74总分、躯体健康维度、社会功能维度因子分均显著高于B组(p<0.05),其差值比较有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑与氯氮平在改善精神分裂症衰退期患者精神症状方面效果相当,但前者更有利于提高精神分裂症衰退期患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the quality of life(QOL) in deteriorated Schizophrenics treated by aripiprazole.Method 60 patients of deteriorated SP were randomly divided into two groups,treated by aripiprazole(Group A) and clozapine(Group B) respectively for six months.PANSS,GQOLI-74 and TESS were documented before treatment,at the end of third month and sixth month after treatment respectively.Results PANSS scores were lower in two groups at the end of sixth month after treatment(p<0.05).There were no significant differences on the total score of PANSS between two groups at the end of third month and sixth month(p>0.05).At the end of sixth month after treatment,the total score of GQOLI-74,the score of physical-health,social function in group A were obviously higher than those in group B(p<0.05).There were significant differences on the different scores.Conclusion Both aripiprazole and clozapine can control the psychiatric symptoms in deteriorated SP patients effectively.Additionally,patients treated by the former could enjoya better life.更多还原
