【摘要】 目的探讨急性单纯骨髓挫伤的MRI表现特点。方法对X线平片及多层螺旋CT检查均未见异常的63例骨髓挫伤的MRI表现进行回顾性分析,并总结其表现特点。结果本组MRI检查63例中,膝关节35例,脊柱28例;其MRI表现为T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号,在STIR及T2*WI上病灶与正常骨髓组织的对比度更高。在长骨灶病呈长斑片地图样,其长轴大体与应力骨小梁走行相一致;在脊柱椎体病灶表现为分布于椎体中央或近终板区的呈横形小片条带状,与椎体应力骨小梁排列垂直。结论MRI能清楚的显示急性单纯骨髓挫伤的病变部位、范围及严重程度,并且病变的形态特点及分布与局部骨髓的营养血管有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the MRI features of the acute simple marrow contusion.Methods MR images of contusion of bone marrow in 63 cases which have no abnormality seen in X-ray plain film and MSCT were retrospectively analyzed and to summarize their features.Results 35 cases of knee joint and 28 cases of backbone in these cases were found in MRI,which showed low signal on T1WI and high signal on T2WI,the contrast between focus and normal bone marrow is higher on STIR and T1WI.The focus in long bone appears patchy geographic type,the courser of its long axis was coherent with the stress bone trabecula;the focus in vertebral bodies show laterigrade band-like which was distributed in the middle of the vertebral bodies or near the termibal lamella and plumbed with stress bone trabecula of the vertebral bodies.Conclusion MRI can distinctly appear the diseased region,circumscription and severe degree of the acute simple bone marrow contusion,meanwhile,the appearance and distribution of the affection is related with the nutrient vessel of partial bone marrow.更多还原
