【摘要】 以红富士苹果为材料,通过喷洒不同体积分数的抗蒸腾剂Transfilm,研究苹果在贮藏期的生理指标的变化规律.结果表明,抗蒸腾剂Transfilm能够降低果实失水率,提高果实硬度,延缓果实可溶性固形物含量下降,提高果实可溶性糖和可滴定酸含量.其中以体积分数为10.0%处理的效果最为明显.更多还原

【Abstract】 Influence of anti-transpiration Transfilm on physiological indexes of Red Fuji apple was studied.The result showed: anti-transpiration could reduce fruit water loss rate,increase fruits hardness,delay reducing speed of concentration of soluble solid content of fruit,increase soluble sugar content and acid content of fruit.In all treatments the effect of 10.0% is the best.更多还原
