微波辐射下香豆素基缩氨基硫脲化合物的合成和抑菌活性研究
Microwave-induced synthesis and antibacterial activity of thiosemicarbazone compounds based on coumarin-skeleton
【摘要】 从含不同取代基的水杨醛与乙酰乙酸乙酯出发,利用微波法合成了一系列新的含有香豆素骨架的缩氨基硫脲类化合物.首先水杨醛与乙酰乙酸乙酯反应得到一系列乙酰基香豆素中间体,然后使之在微波加热条件下与氨基硫脲发生缩合反应得到含有香豆素骨架的缩氨基硫脲化合物,目标化合物的结构均经IR,1H NMR进行了表征.选择2种有害菌对其抑菌活性检测,结果表明,该合成物对测试菌种具有优良的抑制效果,抑菌活性从大到小的顺序是:3b>3 e>3 c>3 f>3d>3 a.
【Abstract】 A series of new thiosemicarbazones compounds with coumarin-skeleton were synthesized from salicylaldehyde with various substituts and ethylacetoacetate.First,acetyl coumarin intermiediates were obtained from different salicylaldehydes and ethylacetoacetate,and then thiosemicarbazones were prepared by the reaction of acetyl coumarins with aminothoiurea.The structures of the target chemicals had been both characterized by IR and 1H NMR.The bioactivity test showed that these compounds possessed good antimicrobial activities toward the tested bacteria.The order of antibacterial activity from high to low is 3b>3e>3c>3f>3d>3a.
