【摘要】 目的:观察利巴韦林联合干扰素外用与单用利巴韦林治疗手足口病的疗效对比。方法:选择本院今年住院病例630例,其中利巴韦林联合干扰素外用组392例,单用利巴韦林组238例,根据患者皮疹的消退及口腔溃疡的愈合时间判定疗效。结果:选用利巴韦林联合干扰素外用组皮疹的消退及口腔溃疡的愈合时间为1~2 d,平均1.5 d,单用利巴韦林组为3~4 d,平均3.5 d,两组疗效具有明显的差别(P<0.05)。结论:利巴韦林联合干扰素外用治疗手足口病是目前较为理想的方案,较单用利巴韦林具有明显的优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the therapeutic efficacy of ribavirin combined with interferon and ribavirin in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:630 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into two group:One group(n "=392) was treated with ribavirin combined with interferon;Another group(n" =238) was treated with ribavirin,according to the waning of patients with rash and oral ulcer healing time to determine efficacy of treatment.Results:In combined treatment group,the waning of patients with rash and oral ulcer healing time were 2-3 days,an average was 1.5 days.In ribavirin group,the waning of patients with rash and oral ulcer healing time were 3-4 days,an average was 3.5 days.The difference between the two groups has obvious effect(P <0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of ribavirin and interferon was superior to ribavirin in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.更多还原
