【摘要】 目的:证实消疹止痒胶囊治疗过敏性皮炎、皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法:对消疹止痒胶囊进行药效学研究。结果:消疹止痒胶囊能提高豚鼠对组织胺的致痒阈值,可以抑制2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)引发的小鼠皮肤迟发型过敏反应,能抑制二甲苯引发的小鼠耳廓急性炎症,能抑制血管通透性。结论:消疹止痒胶囊具有止痒、抗皮肤过敏反应、抗炎以及降低炎症反应作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To confirm that Xiaozhenzhiyang capsule in the treatment of cutaneous pruritus caused by allergic dermatitis.Methods:Study on the pharmacodynamics of Xiaozhenzhiyang capsule.Results:Xiaozhenzhiyang capsule has function in increasing the response of itch-threshold of guinea pigs to histamine;Xiaozhenzhiyang capsule can inhibit delayed allergic reaction in mice skin caused by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene;In addition,it restrains xylene-induced acute mouse ear inflammation.What’s more,it has function in inhibiting vascular permeability.Conclusion: Xiaozhenzhiyang capsule has significant effects of antipruritic 、anti-skin allergies、anti-inflammatory and reduce inflammation.更多还原
