不同分型脑梗死基质金属蛋白酶-2周围血WBC计数研究
Study on the Serum Levels of MMP-2 and the Number of Leukocytes in Peripheral Blood of Different Types Cerebral Infarction
【摘要】 目的:动态研究血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、周围血WBC计数与脑梗死患者梗死体积、神经功能缺损程度和预后的关系,及二者的相关性。方法:选择48例急性初发脑梗死患者分别在发病48 h内、第7 d、第14 d用酶联免疫吸附法检测MMP-2水平和周围血WBC计数,并与50例健康人作对照。结果:脑梗死组血清MMP-2水平、周围血WBC计数均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),血清MMP-2水平以第7 d时增高最明显(P<0.05),周围血WBC计数在病程48 h内增高最明显(P<0.05),二者与梗死体积大小、患者神经功能缺损程度呈正相关,与预后呈负相关,且二者呈直线正相关(r=0.628,P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死伴发炎症反应。炎症反应参与缺血/再灌注脑损伤,MMP-2、WBC在此过程中起重要作用,且二者成正相关。早期检测血清MMP-2、周围血WBC水平可帮助判断脑梗死病灶大小、病情轻重、估计预后,降低二者水平可能为脑梗死的有效治疗提供新的途径。
【Abstract】 Objective:This dynamic study on the relationship among the serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),the number of leukocytes in peripheral blood,the volume of infarction,degree of neurofunction impairment and prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and investigate the effect of MMP-2,WBC in cerebral infarction.Methods: We measured the MMP-2 lever of 48 cases acute cerebral infarction patients brought into by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay within 48 hours,the 7th days,the 14 th days after onset and measured the number of leukocytes in peripheral blood in the same time,and compared with the control group.Results: The serum lever of MMP-2 and number of leukocytes in peripheral blood of cerebral infarction group was obviously higher than control group.MMP-2 is highest in the 7th days(P<0.05),WBC is highest within 48 hours after onset(P<0.05),they have obviously positive correlation between the volume of infarction and the degree of neurofunction impairment and negative correlation with prognosis.Both of them are positive linear correlation(r=0.628,P<0.05).Conclusions:Inflammatory reaction associated with the acute cerebral infarction,took place in the process of ischemic brain damage.MMP-2 and Leukocyte take on important role in the process,and both of them were positive correlated.
