【摘要】 目的:探讨手术内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折的疗效。方法:对38例不稳定骨盆骨折采用切开复位重建钢板内固定。结果:浅表感染2例,髋关节异位骨化2例,全部病例随访4～26个月,无骨折不愈合、下肢短缩及旋转畸形等。结论:对不稳定骨盆骨折采用切开复位重建钢板内固定,可以减少并发症,利于早期康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of internal fixation operation for unstable pelvic fractures. Methods:38 cases of unstable pelvic fractures received open reduction and reconstructed internal fixation with nickelclad. Results:There were 2 cases of superficial infection and 2 cases of heterotopic ossification . Followed up between 4 and 26 months,there were no disunion and crispation in lower limbs and rotating deformation occurred. Conclusion: Open reduction and reconstructed internal fixation with nickelclad may reduce complications and be helpful to early recovery for unstable pelvic fractures.更多还原
