【摘要】 目的:让病人了解糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)治疗的过程及安全性,以达到满意的治疗效果。方法:对684例糖尿病视网膜病变的病人治疗观察护理,了解病人的心理变化及采取相关的护理措施。结果:多数病人治疗前均有不同程度的紧张恐惧心理,经护理人员积极采取有效的心理沟通方式,说明此项技术先进性与安全性及治疗后可能出现的不适反应,可明显消除病人的思想顾虑和紧张情绪。结论:氩激光技术对糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗方法简单、安全、治疗效果确切。做好治疗前、治疗中、治疗后的护理及相关指导尤为重要。更多还原
