【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者核型变化的有关特点及预后意义。方法:染色体制备采用骨髓细胞短期培养法,应用R显带技术对64例CML患者的骨髓细胞进行遗传学分析。结果:64例CML患者中,53例检出典型费城染色体(Ph),2例为变异Ph易位,2例Ph阴性,6例核型呈嵌合状态,5例出现附加染色体异常,主要为+8、-17、-y、-21等。其中3例为加速和急变期患者。结论:CML是一种高度异质性疾病,非随机的附加染色体异常与患者临床分期高度相关,CML患者进行染色体分析对于疾病的诊断及鉴别、指导临床治疗、判断预后具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the characteristic and prognosis of chromosome changes in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia.Methods: The chromosomes were obtained by short culturing of bone marrow cell and analyed under microscope after R-banding.Results:64 patients with CML,53 cases were Ph positive,2 cases were variant Ph translocations,2 cases were Ph negative,6 cases were the chimer Ph positive and Ph negative.In 5 cases beside the Ph positive ,the additional chromosome abnormality were detected,such as +8、-17、-y、-21,3 cases were in accelerated and balstic phase.Conclusion: The occurrence of additional chromosome abnormality is highly correlative to the clinical phase of the patients.The chromosome analysis was not only useful to the diagnosis and the differentiate,but also importance for the treatment as well as prognosis.更多还原
