【摘要】 目的:研究蒙药材北败酱的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对北败酱中的β-谷甾醇、挥发油进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定北败酱中槲皮素的含量。结果:TLC鉴别斑点清晰,分离度良好;含量测定中槲皮素在0.3464~17.3200g/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为101.6%,RSD=1.8%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为北败酱的质量控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the quality standards of Herba Patriniae.Methods:The identification of Herba Patriniae was carried out by TLC;the content of quercetin was determined by HPLC.Results:The TLC spots were clear with high resolution.A good linearity of quercetin was in the range of 0.3464~17.3200μg/mL(r=0.9998).The average recovery of quercetin was 101.6% and RSD was 1.8%.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Herba Patriniae.更多还原
