【摘要】 目的:体外分离培养骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC),并诱导其向神经元细胞分化。方法:分离大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞,并于体外扩增、培养,并通过诱导培养基进行体外诱导培养,比较对照组及实验组间细胞形态和神经丝蛋白(NFP)表达率的不同。结果:诱导后,实验组中80%的细胞表现出神经元样形态,且NFP阳性表达率明显高于对照组。结论:MSC在体外可以被诱导为神经元样细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)was isolated and grown in vitro,and induced to be differentiated into neuron-like cell.Methods:MSC was isolated,grown and induced in vitro.The comparison of induced cell morphology and expression of neurofilament protein(NFP) was carried out between control and experimental groups.Results:More than 80% of MSC exhibited neuron-like characteristics.NFP-positive cell in experimental group is higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MSC can be induced to differentiate into neuron-like cell in vitro.更多还原
